Young men and women from Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania, Police Athletic League, Philadelphia Parks & Recreation, Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church and 900AM WURD Radio came together to have their voices heard as they interviewed 2015 Philadelphia Mayoral candidates on “The State of Our Community” and cast their vote for Philadelphia’s next Mayor!

The Celebration of Black Writing Festival is one of the nation’s longest running literary events of its kind, and Perfection Events was engaged for this momentous 30th Year Anniversary to provide project management services for the entire month-long festival (15+ events ranging in audiences from 20 – 20,000), as well as produce the culminating Lifetime Achievement Awards Show featuring chart-topping R&B artist, Ledisi.
From a traditional New Orleans marching band “Second Line” leading thousands of attendees to a Mardi Gras networking reception (party!), to more than 150 educational sessions and a highly interactive exhibition of industry leading organizations, Perfection Events led strategic program management and logistics execution of a multi-layer association conference convening over 10 days with varied audiences and attendance ranging from 300 to 3,000.
Perfection Events was engaged to collaborate on the strategic re-design and execution of the Philadelphia Marathon Health & Fitness Expo. Identified as an integral part of the Philadelphia Marathon events, this Expo (held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center) is an innovative exhibitor tradeshow, coupled with educational sessions designed to enhance attendees’ experience.
Pennsylvania Convention Center’s 2-day event produced for an invitation only group of the country’s top meeting planners whose meetings represent billions of dollars of revenue. Perfection Events designed and spearheaded the Pennsylvania Marketplace Expo featuring over 100 national and regional exhibitors.
Perfection Events was responsible for leading the oversight, strategic design and execution of six unveiling events introducing the newly built $150M Patient Tower. These events were to be designed and executed to specifically address the opportunity to introduce and educate key audiences (major donors, employees, media, and public) to the facility’s many aspects and benefits to the region while continuing to raise funds for this non-profit organization.
