From a traditional New Orleans marching band “Second Line” leading thousands of attendees to a Mardi Gras networking reception (party!), to more than 150 educational sessions and a highly interactive exhibition of industry leading organizations, Perfection Events led strategic program management and logistics execution of a multi-layer association conference convening over 10 days with varied audiences and attendance ranging from 300 to 3,000. Our client entrusted us understand the complexities of their various constituents (members, practitioners, board, volunteers and staff) and thus collaborate in designing a program that would realize the appropriate mix of attendee engagement, content-rich educational sessions and flawless execution.

Attendees were to KNOW/UNDERSTAND: the significance of their profession in the marketplace to include current trends and growth, FEEL: engaged and connected with their peers while appreciating relevance and applicability of the session content, and DO: strategically elevate their approach to their work while forging lasting and beneficial connections with one another.


Perfection Events Inc. delivered results exceeding expectations including process improvements and vendor negotiations resulting in more than $300,000 in savings and attendee satisfaction ratings that peaked at the highest of the conference’s 20 year history.
