On the Road in 2014

Another year, another packed travel schedule. But you won’t hear us complaining about that (much. And unless we are stuck in an airport). We are looking forward to some great events this year and that means a lot of time logged in airports and airplanes. Our first trip of the year in January was to the Windy City, and it was a quick one – in and out in about 24 hours.

Here is a sneak peek at some of the other destinations we’ll be heading to this year:

  • Phoenix, Arizona – Phoenix was a 2013 destination for us too and we are here again right now (hello sunshine and warm weather!). We were last here just about a year ago for the site visit for the 2014 conference, and this return visit has been extremely valuable as we begin to nail down all of the final program details. We'll share some details about a pleasant surprise we had here soon!
  • Spain!  Another repeat from 2013, and we couldn’t be happier about that!  But, this time it is for vacation. We are looking forward to returning and experiencing more of this beautiful country and culture.
  • Maryland – we’ll be heading down to Maryland in the spring and looking forward to some beautiful weather along the Chesapeake.
  • Boston – it’s always great to return to Boston (especially during nice weather!) and we are looking forward to a productive planning trip in this historic city in just a few months.

And of course, programs in and around the Philadelphia area will keep us busy as well! As it gets closer to the events we are working on for our association and non-profit clients around Philadelphia, we’ll be sure to let you know about them!

No Place Like Home

As much as we love our time on the road, experiencing new cities and all they have to offer, there is no place like home. However, we aren’t too thrilled with the fact that our return flight to Philadelphia is a red-eye tonight and that a huge Nor’easter is headed to town tomorrow night.  A few extra days in Phoenix isn’t sounding too bad at the moment …
