Stunning New Hotels in China
We are preparing for an upcoming trip to China, so the recent headline "Gallery: China's crop of outrageous new hotel designs" really caught our eye.
China has been in the travel news lately. There are initiatives in place in China to shift towards a service-based ecomony, and China and the surrounding region are showing strong growth according to a report released last fall by IBTM. It also claimed the #8 spot in the list of top destinations for international association conventions in 2013, according to the International Congress and Convention Association.
Our upcoming trip will be jam-packed with event-related activities, so spare time to check out all of these new hotels will be virtually non-existent. Until the next event brings us back to China (and hopefully, one of these fabulous new hotels), we'll have to make do with gorgeous photos.
